{"id":1,"date":"2015-05-14T22:21:28","date_gmt":"2015-05-14T22:21:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/titanhosting.cl\/soporte\/?p=1"},"modified":"2015-06-05T12:03:34","modified_gmt":"2015-06-05T15:03:34","slug":"hello-world","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/titanhosting.cl\/soporte\/hello-world\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo filtrar emails en cPanel?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><\/h2>\n<p>Podemos crear una serie de reglas o condiciones para filtrar emails y as\u00ed deshacernos de molestos y repetitivos mensajes de spam, o hacer que correos con un asunto concreto se dirijan a un buz\u00f3n concreto de nuestra cuenta.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, accedemos a nuestro cPanel y hacemos click en la secci\u00f3n Gestionar el correo &gt; Filtrar cuentas de correo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Podemos crear una serie de reglas o condiciones para filtrar emails y as\u00ed deshacernos de molestos y repetitivos mensajes de spam, o hacer que correos con un asunto concreto se dirijan a un buz\u00f3n concreto de nuestra cuenta.<\/p>\n<p>Para ello, accedemos a nuestro cPanel y hacemos click en la secci\u00f3n Gestionar el correo &gt; Filtrar cuentas de correo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10095\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/imagen-cpanel3.jpg\" alt=\"imagen cpanel\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En la siguiente pantalla, visualizaremos las cuentas de correo electr\u00f3nico que tenemos creadas en nuestro panel. Para crear o modificar los filtros en una en concreto, haremos click en \u201cManejar Filtros\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10096\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/imagen-cpanel4-600x181.jpg\" alt=\"imagen cpanel\" width=\"600\" height=\"181\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Creando el filtro de emails<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Podemos crear opciones para filtrar emails seg\u00fan nuestros intereses. Haciendo click en \u201cCrear Filtro\u201d veremos todas las opciones que esta configuraci\u00f3n nos brinda. Lo principal es darle un nombre al filtro de correo, algo significativo que sepamos qu\u00e9 puede hacer este filtro con solo leer su nombre. En el apartado superior, pondremos las condiciones para localizar el correo en cuesti\u00f3n. Podemos hacer un filtro de emails por Asunto, establecer una palabra para filtrar emails ya sea en el asunto, en el emisor, en el propio cuerpo del mensaje\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10098\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/imagen-cpanel6-600x140.jpg\" alt=\"imagen cpanel\" width=\"600\" height=\"140\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En el apartado inferior, pondremos las acciones a tomar respecto al correo que cumpla con las condiciones arriba seleccionadas.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10099\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/imagen-cpanel5-600x108.jpg\" alt=\"imagen cpanel\" width=\"600\" height=\"108\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n podemos crear m\u00e1s de una condici\u00f3n para localizar el correo haciendo click en el bot\u00f3n \u201c+\u201d o incluso seleccionar m\u00e1s de una acci\u00f3n a llevar a cabo en el bot\u00f3n \u201c+\u201d del apartado inferior.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez satisfechos con nuestras opciones, hacemos click en el bot\u00f3n \u201cCrear\u201d, y nuestro filtro aparecer\u00e1 en el listado de filtros de emails.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Probando el filtro de emails<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para probar el filtro de emails, no es necesario enviarnos mensajes a nosotros mismos. Tenemos en el apartado inferior una opci\u00f3n para probar el filtro de emails creado. Esta opci\u00f3n nos enuncia los mensajes del propio servidor con respecto a los filtros de emails que tenemos configurados.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, hemos creado un filtro de emails que elimine todos los mensajes que lleven la palabra \u201cporn\u201d inclu\u00edda en el cuerpo. Si probamos un mensaje de env\u00edo de este tipo\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10101\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/imagen-cpanel7.jpg\" alt=\"imagen cpanel\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u2026podemos comprobar c\u00f3mo nuestro filtro de emails realiza la acci\u00f3n indicada puesto que el mensaje ha sido filtrado.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10102\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hostinet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/imagen-cpanel8.jpg\" alt=\"imagen cpanel\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A pesar de todo, hay que tener sumo cuidado con los filtros de emails que creamos, puesto que su configuraci\u00f3n puede ser un arma de doble filo. Hay que estar seguros de lo que queremos realizar y eliminar posibles supuestos para que no se incluyan en las normas creadas.
