El CLIENTE est\u00e1 de acuerdo a la suscripci\u00f3n en-l\u00ednea, sin papeles de por medio y da f\u00e9 de que toda la informaci\u00f3n enviada en-l\u00ednea es verdadera y correcta.<\/p>\n<p>El PROVEEDOR proporciona el servicio en base &#8220;como es&#8221;. El PROVEEDOR no proporciona garant\u00eda ni ser\u00e1 responsable por da\u00f1os o p\u00e9rdidas econ\u00f3micas que puedan resultar de la utilizaci\u00f3n de nuestros servicios.<\/p>\n<p>El CLIENTE est\u00e1 de acuerdo que el acto de enviar su informaci\u00f3n en-l\u00ednea se tomar\u00e1 como su propia firma.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Activaci\u00f3n de Cuenta<\/p>\n<p>Activaremos su cuenta despu\u00e9s de haber recibido el pago correspondiente. Es su responsabilidad proporcionarnos una direcci\u00f3n de email diferente al dominio por el cual est\u00e1 contratando.<\/p>\n<p>TitanHosting Su soporte es totalmente personal el que puede acceder via ticket, via telef\u00f3nica o whatsapp, +56 9 96111198 (Soporte de turno)<\/p>\n<p>Se proh\u00edbe el spam (obligatoria)<\/p>\n<p>Se proh\u00edbe sitios de contenido sexual<\/p>\n<p>Se proh\u00edbe la mala programaci\u00f3n que esta afecte al servidor y a los dem\u00e1s clientes<\/p>\n<p>Quedan prohibidas las actividades conocidas &#8220;spoofing&#8221; y &#8220;phising&#8221; las cuales son sitios web intentando recabar informaci\u00f3n personal y financiera, as\u00ed como detalles de tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito sin autorizaci\u00f3n, de los visitantes al sitio web.<\/p>\n<p>Respaldos y P\u00e9rdida De Datos<\/p>\n<p>La utilizaci\u00f3n de nuestros servicios es bajo la responsabilidad de EL CLIENTE. EL PROVEEDOR no es responsable por archivos y datos que residan en la cuenta de EL CLIENTE. EL CLIENTE ser\u00e1 responsable \u00fanico por los archivos y datos transferidos hacia el servidor y de mantener todos los respaldos apropiados de dichos archivos y datos almacenados en los servidores de EL PROVEEDOR.<\/p>\n<p>Cancelaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p>El CLIENTE puede cancelar su cuenta en cualquier momento. El PROVEEDOR ofrece una garant\u00eda de 30 d\u00edas a partir de la fecha de contrataci\u00f3n y el CLIENTE podr\u00e1 solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n de su dinero con excepci\u00f3n de la cuota de activaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como tampoco se devolver\u00e1 el costo de registro de dominio. El CLIENTE no tendr\u00e1 derecho a un reembolso total o prorrateado despu\u00e9s de \u00e9ste periodo.<\/p>\n<p>Planes de Web Hosting, Servidores Dedicados y Precios<\/p>\n<p>EL PROVEEDOR se reserva el derecho de cambiar los precios y caracter\u00edsticas de los servicios que ofrece en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso. Los precios y caracter\u00edsticas vigentes de cada servicio son los mostrados en nuestras p\u00e1ginas web.<\/p>\n<p>Soporte T\u00e9cnico<\/p>\n<p>El PROVEEDOR ofrece ayuda t\u00e9cnica gratuita las 24 horas del d\u00eda, 365 d\u00edas del a\u00f1o. Regularmente se llevan a cabo acciones rutinarias de mantenimiento que pudieran afectar los servidores. El CLIENTE ser\u00e1 notificado v\u00eda email con anticipaci\u00f3n de dichas acciones de mantenimiento y el tiempo estimado de afectaci\u00f3n si lo hubiere.<\/p>\n<p>EL PROVEEDOR tiene como m\u00e1ximo 5 d\u00edas en la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas que afecte al servicio prestado, si superamos los d\u00edas acordados presentaremos un plan de contrataci\u00f3n de servicios especiales para resolver los imprevistos en caso de no poder solucionar con el problema.<\/p>\n<p>La ayuda t\u00e9cnica gratuita a que se refiere \u00e9ste acuerdo se limita a cuestiones relacionadas al servidor y\/o a la utilizaci\u00f3n del panel de control. Nuestro personal de soporte t\u00e9cnico no se encarga de crear, modificar, revisar y\/o publicar los archivos del CLIENTE hacia el servidor web. Si el CLIENTE requiere de ayuda t\u00e9cnica para la instalaci\u00f3n de software, configuraci\u00f3n de scripts, dise\u00f1ar y\/o modificar p\u00e1ginas web y otras acciones no relacionadas con el servidor, se aplicar\u00e1 una cuota la cual es de $15.000 Pesos la hora.
